Marymound young people will be staying extra warm this winter thanks to a big donation of colourful mittens, hats and scarves.

The elders, their families, staff and volunteers from River East Personal Care Home collected all these winterwear items.

They have been distributed to youth in our group homes in Winnipeg and in our Receiving Home and Futures Program in Thompson.

Thank you so much to everyone who thought of Marymound youth!

Young Donor’s Heart is in the Right Place

Marymound recently received a donation with this touching letter from a young girl . In it she refers to the Marymound girls who designed our annual Christmas card and bookmark we sent to our past donors. Yes! This young philanthropist has given before.

Her heart is certainly in the right place. We thought this was so touching we just had to share it.thank-you-letter-from-young-donor
