Marymound wishes to thank the McKesson Foundation for its donation of $16,362 toward a recreation area within the Young Parents Program. This funding will enable Marymound to renovate and furnish the second floor space in its new location housing the Independent Living and Young Parents Programs in the North End of Winnipeg.

Young parents will be able to bring their infants and young children together to socialize and play in a safe, well-equipped environment. It’s a great way to enjoy healthy activity, share parenting experiences and feel a part of the community.
