Join our team as a Volunteer

As a non-profit agency, Marymound depends on volunteers to enhance its services. Some of the volunteer opportunities available at Marymound are as follows:

• Special Friend - If you can make a commitment for a minimum of six months and want to pursue a valuable connection with a young person, think about becoming a Marymound Special Friend. Special Friends spend time with a young person taking part in social and recreational outings on a regular basis.

• Activities Volunteer - If you have a gift for music, crafts, or any other talent that you would like to share, we would love you to help us with our evening activities for the young people in our care.

• Event Assistants - Do you love planning social occasions and events? Are you well organized and people oriented? Being an event assistant may just be your niche. Marymound hosts a number of events throughout the year and could use your help.

Do you want to volunteer but none of these roles seem to fit? Don’t give up. If you have an idea about how you can lend your skills and talents to our agency, please let us know. We can design a role specifically for you.
